Head's Welcome
Established in 1984, Conway Christian School offers grades K-3 through 12 from its campus on Medlen Parkway between U.S. 501 and Oak Street. The mission of Conway Christian School is to provide quality academics taught from the traditional Biblical perspective on which American society was established.
Founded by four local churches, CCS is an independent, private Christian school governed by a board of directors. Our goal is to equip our students with the quality education needed to succeed in college, while providing the foundation of Biblical truth that will equip them for life. The school is a member of the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA).
From K-3 through 6th grade, our curriculum focuses on the mastery of fundamental academic skills: reading, writing, mathematics and grammar – including a phonics program. Bible class is held daily in each grade, students participate in weekly chapel programs, and each student receives individual attention.
Our middle school and high school students focus on a college preparatory curriculum while offering electives such as chorus, yearbook, newspaper, and computer. In grades 7-12, students fully develop basic academic skills, and then focus on the academic specialties. Courses ranging from foreign language to anatomy and from life sciences to literature are designed to prepare students for college.
More than 90 percent of Conway Christian School graduates attend college. Alumni attend or have been accepted at a wide variety of institutions, including Liberty University, Harvard University, Purdue University, North Greenville College, Clemson University, Coastal Carolina University, Furman University, Regent University School of Law, Converse College, Trident Technical College, the University of South Carolina, The Citadel, Savannah College of Art and Design, Horry-Georgetown Technical College, The College of Charleston, Lander College, and N. C. State.
In Him-
