Conway Christian’s admission steps areas follows:

1.    Initial Inquiry and/or Campus Visit

We invite you to tour our beautiful campus and see for yourself the many opportunities available at our school. All visits require a scheduled appointment. Please contact our Director of Admissions at 843-365-2005 AND complete our online inquiry form.

2.    Admission Application

Create an online account and complete the online application. Please make sure you complete every section of the application, even if it is an N/A to complete this part of the enrollment process.  Submit completed online application, required student records and a nonrefundable application fee of $125. This is a per student fee.  A confirmation email will then be sent to your email address to prompt you in the next steps of the enrollment process.

3.    Family Interview

One we receive completed application and all required student records, you will be contacted to set up an interview with our admissions committee.

4.    Acceptance Decision 

After steps 1-3 are completed you will receive notification within 1 week of the interview, concerning the status of your student(s) admission to our school.

5.    Enrollment

Complete enrollment process through our RenWeb portal and create a FACTS account.

Conway Christian School’s Steps to Enrollment are as follows:

1. Inquire

Complete the online admission inquiry form. Let us know you’d like to learn more!

2. Tour

We invite you to attend a school informational tour to experience our beautiful campus. See for yourself the many opportunities available at our school. All visits require a scheduled appointment. Please contact our Director of Admissions at (843) 365-2005 or complete our online inquiry form.

3. Apply

Create an online account and complete the online application. Your application should also include the nonrefundable application fee of $125. This is a per student fee.

4. Document

Along with the online application, required and applicable student records should also be submitted.

5. Test

After your application, fees and records are received, you’ll be asked to schedule your child for placement testing. This testing allows for the assessment of your child’s individual needs. A $50 fee applies. Testing requirements apply to rising 1st grade through 12th grade students. Not applicable for pre-K through K5.

6. Review

Your application, records and testing results will be reviewed accordingly. We’ll be in touch soon!

7. Meet

Once a review of all application materials is complete, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Admissions Director and Head of School.

8. Enroll

Acceptance decisions are made within one week of the interview. Once accepted, enrollment should be completed through the school’s RenWeb portal along with the creation of a FACTS account.
