This form will notify Conway Christian School that one or more of the children in your family will not be returning to CCS for the 2023-2024 school year and therefore will be removed from Continuous Enrollment. The deadline to withdraw without making a non-refundable down payment for the new school year is February 24.  Please contact the business office with any payment-related questions. If you are only withdrawing part of your family while choosing to keep others enrolled, you will need to fill out this Withdrawal Form but your other child(ren) will remain enrolled until you notify us otherwise.

I understand that, should I choose to re-enroll the above child/children and have not made a non-refundable down payment in February, there will be an new student enrollment fee for each child as published.
